The Commonwealth Bank have chosen Sydney Tourism Group to provide an extensive network of staff shuttle bus and coach services linking three of its main office locations in the Sydney CBD, Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta, provide car park shuttle buses for staff at their state of the art facility at Sydney Olympic Park and to operate peak hour charter services between Strathfield Station and Sydney Olymoic Park for their valued staff. Planning any transport movement takes skill, product knowledge, experience and dedication. At Sydney Luxury Coaches we have all this plus much more. Our Logistics Operations Division works closely with our Sales and Reservations Department to deliver exactly what has been booked, what has been promised and what is required.
This Division is responsible for the execution of every movement large or small – 24-7-365 ! Our Booking System is fully computerised and tracks bookings, allocates the appropriate vehicle size, allocates the driver and manages the overall operational side of our company. The fleet is 2 way radio controlled, each driver has a mobile phone and we are able to keep in touch with our drivers every step of the way.
And as for our drivers - we receive constant commendations congratulating us for not only their ability to steer their vehicle in a safe and smooth manner but also for their excellent passenger handling skills, their courtesy, their city and regional knowledge, their public relations skills, their ability to present excellent, informative commentary when called for, and their dedication to their job.
